Welcome to The Manor Practice, Southwick

Our Partnership has been practicing in Southwick for over forty years. We are a six doctor partnership, consisting of 3 male and 3 female partners. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

The practice aims to offer the most caring, efficient and up to date service to all our patients, by the use of preventative medicine and well trained technical staff

Our Mission Statement

“We as a Practice, aim to provide good quality family healthcare in a friendly, professional manner, in partnership with our local community”

Dr Thomas is a GP Trainer.  A qualified doctor joins the practice for a period of 6 or 12 months to undertake his or her GP training.  A GP Registar holds clinics at the surgery, and you may be asked to take part in video recording of your consultation, this is confidential and only shared with Dr Thomas for training purpose. You are at liberty to decline video recording.
