Welcome to The Manor Practice, Southwick

Our Partnership has been practicing in Southwick for over forty years. We are a seven doctor partnership, consisting of five male and two female partners. We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

The practice aims to offer the most caring, efficient and up to date service to all our patients, by the use of preventative medicine and well trained technical staff

Practice Facilities

Induction Loop

If you are hard of hearing we have an induction loop at our reception desk

Parking

The practice is situated adjacent to a large public car park.

Toilet for Wheelchair users

This is situated on the first floor next to the lift.

Lift

We have a lift available for patients who use a wheelchair or mobility scooter and for parents with prams or buggies.

Wheelchair Access

The main entrance to the practice has no steps and is easily accessible for wheelchairs or mobility scooters. We have a lift which is for the use of wheelchairs and parents with prams or buggys.

Baby Changing Toilet

This facility is situated on the first floor in the disabled toilet next to the lift.

Disabled Car Parking

We have 3 car parking bays in Southdown Road for patients with disabled car badges to use.
